Information
JetLagPro uses traditional Chinese medicine's 12 horary points to help you overcome jet lag naturally. Each point is active for 2 hours based on your destination's timezone.
Developed by Dr. Steven Schram, licensed acupuncturist.
According to the acupuncture sages, each of the twelve meridians has a daily two-hour period when it is most active (Horary Time). During each of these twelve time blocks, when you stimulate that point, you support the function of that meridian. And most interesting is that when you stimulate the horary point associated with your destination time — rather than your current time — you may help your body begin syncing with the new time zone in advance. This technique signals your internal clock to shift from the departure time zone toward your destination's rhythm.
The 12 Horary Points
Start stimulating the first point when your journey begins — even before you board your flight. Stimulate each point when it becomes active. You will get reminders through the phone's notification system. It is not critical to do this at an exact time, but try to do this within the first hour of the point's active time. Continue stimulating the points as presented, even after arrival.
If you miss a time slot, just continue with the current one.
When you sleep, you may miss stimulating some points. Pick up with the current point when you wake up. Note that the effectiveness of this technique depends on actually stimulating the points when they are active.
You should continue stimulating the points just as if you were still flying. The key insight is that you continue to shift your bodies timezone to your destination.

Jet lag is a modern phenomenon that did not exist when traditional acupuncture systems were developed. While there is a lot of anecdotal evidence reporting the effectiveness of this technique, there are currently no definitive scientific studies confirming this. Individual responses may vary — some users may experience noticeable benefits, while others may not. Safe and restful travels!
